- All seafarers working on board of a vessel registered with the Panamanian Flag are required to have Panamanian Licenses/Endorsements.
- Our Consulate provides services to issue the transitory certification(CT) through the Seafarers’ Automated Application(SAA) system andthe full term licenses will be issued by the Regional Office in Seoul, Korea, located right next to our Consulate.
- CT is usually ready in one working day when all the requirements and fees are in order.- The validity of CT is for 3 months from the date of issue, while the full-term licenses are being processed.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FORM
- Only the nationalities for the countries not ratified the MLC 2006 should use this form
